The Silver Lining Sanctuary MORE retreat is for the women who are ready for more: more love, more light, more joy, more money, more peace, more purpose.  It is for women who are ready to show up in the fullest expression of who they are.  Women who are ready to deepen their wells.  To hold more.  To have more.  To live more fully. To love more fully.

It is the space for us to magnify our energetic capacity.   To sit in communion with other women in a different way.  A new way.  To show up with vulnerability. With authenticity.  With integrity. To be ourselves: real, raw and true. MAGNIFIED.

It is the space for us to open our hearts.  To feel safe.  To feel seen.  To tune into our heart's voice and have the courage to follow it. OPENED.

It is the space for us to claim the power that has always been inside of us.  To reconnect to our purpose and our passion.  To remember our birthright: to live the life of our wildest wishes.   RECLAIMED.

It is the space for us to expand into everything we know we can be. To fully feel our power, purpose and passion.  To ground deeply into the roots of who we are and grow into everything we are meant to be.  EXPANDED.

The SLSanctuary MORE Retreat is for the women who are ready to be fierce, feminine and free.  

We will explore and enjoy the changing of the seasons and the beauty of East End of Long Island, NY.  This is the sacred land of the Shinnecock tribe, a powerful matriarchal society.  We will be grounding into the wisdom of Mother Earth with hikes alongside the Atlantic Ocean, cacao ceremonies by candlelight, embodiment practices under the moon, and Silver Lining Wishes ceremonies by the waves.  We will start each day with a sacred meditative practice and end each night with a sacred sisterhood circle.  We will walk, and wander and wish.  We will dance, and sing and play.  We will laugh and cook and maybe even cry together.  

   

We will gather together.  And we will grow together. And together we will give each other, and ourselves, everything we've got. 

And we will become MORE.
