Silver Lining Sanctuary RETURN TO SELF Retreat is an intimate and intensive, 5 day, 4 night in-person experience. 

  

RETURN TO SELF is  for women who are ready to: curate conscious connection with self, and with sisters. It is our portal into recalibrating to the frequency of feminine freedom.  Of remembering the sanctity of sisterhood.  And of healing the wombanhood wounding. 

It is the space for us to deepen our energetic capacity.   To sit in communion with other women in a different way.  A new way.  An ancient way. To show up with vulnerability. With authenticity.  With integrity. 

It is the space for us to open our hearts.  To feel safe.  To feel seen.  To feel heard.  To feel witnessed in the truth of who we are. To be whole ourselves: real, raw and true. Unapologetic and unconditional in our love for ourselves and each other. 

It is the space for us to remember the wisdom that has always been inside of us.  To reconnect to our purpose and our passion.  To remember who we really are and why we came here.

It is the space for us to expand our vision of what is possible.  To fully feel our power, purpose and passion.  To ground deeply into the roots of who we are and grow into everything we wish to be.  To allow our imaginations to run wild.  And to co-create the vision of the lives of our wildest wishes.  

We will explore and enjoy the desert landscape of MESA, AZ together.  We will be grounding into the wisdom of Mother Earth with hikes along the desert trails, tea ceremonies by candlelight, a passing the light practice in the darkness of the desert, an energetic embodiment practice under the moon, and several sacred Silver Lining Wishes ceremonies.  We will start each day with a moving meditative practice and end each night with a sacred sisterhood circle.  We will walk, and wander and wish.  We will dance, and sing and play.  We will laugh, learn, cook and maybe even cry together.  

We will gather together.  And we will grow together.

And together, we will RETURN TO SELF.
